Mission
The Sourcing Lead is responsible for driving sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines, and ensuring the timely acquisition of top-quality talent aligned with the organization’s business objectives. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to lead and optimize sourcing processes.
Profil
- Partner with hiring managers/business leaders to understand requirements and define sourcing priorities.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through multiple channels (job boards, professional networks, referrals, Linkedin, etc.).
- Lead sourcing campaigns for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure a candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior sourcing analysts in best practices.
- Stay up to date with sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and market trends.
Required Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sourcing, recruitment, and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Myjob search, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership capability to guide and coach a sourcing team.
