Mission

The Sourcing Lead is responsible for driving sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines, and ensuring the timely acquisition of top-quality talent aligned with the organization’s business objectives. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to lead and optimize sourcing processes.

Profil

  • Partner with hiring managers/business leaders to understand requirements and define sourcing priorities.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through multiple channels (job boards, professional networks, referrals, Linkedin, etc.).
  • Lead sourcing campaigns for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure a candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior sourcing analysts in best practices.
  • Stay up to date with sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and market trends.

Required Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sourcing, recruitment, and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Myjob search, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership capability to guide and coach a sourcing team.
