Role and Responsibilities:
- Send emails to different associates [ English/French].
- Identify, analyse and monitor potential or actual conflicts of interest within the firm in order to ensure compliance with ethical rules, professional regulations and contractual commitments to clients.
- Follow up with associates for pending information.
- Update respective trackers.
Profil
Qualification:
- HSC/Diploma in related field.
Experience:
- 0-2 years professional experience.
Skills:
- Analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Rigorous and responsive
